Athletic Greens and Strong Greens

There are a bunch of these, they're good for:

  • Gut health (long-term, not short-term)
    • Exposing your gut to a large variety of plants helps your microbiome
  • Vitamins & Supplements
    • Ashwaganda helps with stress

Athletic Greens

I slightly prefer it over Strong Greens, mostly because of taste. It's not meaningfully different IMO.

It takes much longer to ship, though:

This seems like a straight-forward AG1 knockoff, but it's from a reputable company, and it's available ~immediately.
